DownloadSince 2019, the annual Workers' Compensation Industry Insights Survey has tracked the pulse of the workers' compensation industry. Each year, we gain valuable insights about industry concerns from real workers' comp stakeholders. Our goal is to understand and share the trends, challenges, innovations, and emerging needs regarding workers' comp medical care.
The survey is also an invaluable tool for tracking trends over time. We release our key findings and insights in an annual survey report that also features the full results and distinct perspectives from various organization types and individual roles.
Healthesystems conducts the annual Workers' Compensation Industry Insights Survey in partnership with Risk & Insurance®. We survey at least 500 workers' comp professionals – both in person and online – about their top concerns, challenges, and successes. To gain additional clarity and details, we also conduct follow-up interviews with volunteer survey respondents.
